1 pound fresh green beans
1 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. water
3/4 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp savory
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 medium tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Wash and string beans. Set aside. In 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and saute onion and peppers about 5 minutes or until tender. Add water and seasonings. Bring to a boil and add green beans. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and continue cooking until beans are tender, about 10 minutes.
