1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can black eyed peas
1 can corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can French cut green beans
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
1 tsp chili powder
2 bouillon cubes
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain. Add remainder of ingredients. Do not drain vegetables.

Simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired.
