Crust:
1 c flour,
1/2 cup oatmeal,
1/3 cup brown sugar,
1 stick melted oleo
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients & crumble on cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for about 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Stir during baking to brown evenly. Let cool. Press in 9 x 13 pan.

Layer:
12 gallon slightly softened vanilla ice cream on crust. Top ice cream with 2 grated Heath or Skor Bars. Freeze until ready to serve.
