1 T. margarine
2 T. chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. diced, cooked ham (Spam may be substituted)
2 T. parsley flakes
2 T. mustard
1 1/2 c. (5 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli. In large mixing bowl, combine butter, parsley, onion, mustard, and lemon juice; blend well. Add cheese, broccoli and ham; mix lightly. Set aside. Arrange crescent rolls in large glass pie plate. Crescent points should overlap edges. Spoon in ham filling. Fold points of triangles over the filling so points meet in center. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
