6 med potatoes
Water
Dash salt/pepper/cayenne
3 tbsp ooil
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut washed unpeeled potatoes in 1/2" lengthwise, then cut into wedges.
Boil for 5 minutes in salted water, drain and pat dry.
Spread wedges in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet, sprinkle with oil, spices & herbs.
Bake 425º for 10 - 12 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and cheese has melted.
