Ingredients:  
Baby green beans, trimmed.
Extra virgin olive oil.
4 schallots, thinly sliced.
3 teaspoons capers, rinsed.
1/2 cup roasted slivered almonds.
2 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans in salted water until just tender. Drain and refresh in iced water. Drain again.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in heavy pan, add schallots, cook over low hear 5 minutes or until soft. Add capers, cook 2 minutes. Add beans. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Stir until heated through, add almonds and parsley.
