3 1/2 - 4 cups cut rhubarb
1/2 cup water
1 cup white sugar
Bring to a boil and cook a few minutes, remove from heat and add 1 pkg strawberry or raspberry jello. Mix well. Let stand to cool slightly, stirring twice.

Prepare recipe for Lazy Daisy Cake (double recipe). Pour into greased 9" X 13" glass pan, add rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 - 50 minutes or until cake is done.
When cake is done, pour topping evenly over cake and broil until golden brown.
