2 c. flour,
2 c. sugar,
1 stick margarine,
1/2 c. vegetable oil,
4 Tbl. cocoa,
2 eggs
1 c. cold water,
1/2 c. buttermilk,
2 tsp. cinnamon,
1 tsp soda,
1/2 tsp. vanilla,
pinch of salt.

Bring margarine, oil & cocoa to boil. While still hot pour over flour & sugar which have been mixed in bowl. Mix all remaining ingredients. Bake in 18" x 12" x 1" pan for 10 minutes (or so) in 400º oven. Five minutes before cake is done, make frosting as follows.

Frosting:

Bring to boil 1 stick margarine,
4 Tbl. cocoa,
6 Tbl. milk.

Remove from heat and beat in 1 lb. box of powdered sugar. Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Spread hot frosting on hot cake as soon as cake is done.
