2 c. butter
1 lb. processed cheese, cubed
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together butter and cheese.
Mix in powdered sugar and cocoa into the butter and cheese mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Spread on large cookie sheet. Cool and cut into small squares. Store in refrigerator.

I find that using a stand mixer is great for this recipe.
I also use pecans for the nuts, but any nut could be added.
