3 # ground beef
1 c dry bread crumbs
3/4 c milk
2 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c dried minced onions
3 eggs
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 jar marinara sauce
2 large cans diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 c white wine if you have it

Combine all meatball ingredients in mixing bowl (other than beef); Stir in beef; form into balls

Bake uncovered in a 400 oven 20 minutes or till just cooked through.

Into a large pot, put sauce and tomatoes; using hand blender, blend sauce; add remaining ingredients; simmer 30 minutes; add meatballs; simmer 1 hr.
