2 lbs fresh or frozen broccoli
1 1/2 sticks butter, separated
3/4 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 stack semi-crushed Ritz crackers- leaving plenty of bigger pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli al dente, drain thoroughly, and place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Stir cheese and 2 tablespoons of melted butter into broccoli. Melt 1/2 stick butter and stir into crackers, then spread over top of broccoli. Melt remaining 6 tablespoons of butter and pour over top of broccoli. Bake 25-30 minutes @ 350º
