1 lb. hamburg green and red pepper (1 of each) chopped large onion - chopped garlic - at least 3 bulbs pkg. taco seasoning 1/4 c. cumin 1/4 c. chili powder pepper diced tomatoes jar of salsa can black beans can of kidney beans frozen corn oregano V-8 juice
Amounts depend on how much chili you want to make.
Saute hamburg, peppers, onion, and garlic. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer until the desired taste and consistency is achieved.
