6-8 Chicken thighs (can be skinless)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small can mushrooms
1 soup can water
1 cup regular white rice
1 envelope lipton's onion soup dry mix


Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, soups, water, and mushrooms together and spoon into 9 X 13 casserole dish which has been sprayed with cooking spray. place chicken on top of rice. sprinkle onion soup mix on top of mixture. cover and bake at 350 for 1 hr;.
