Cook 1 1/2 lbs. carrots
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 medium onion
1 med. bell pepper
6 celery ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice carrots. Chop onion, bell pepper and celery.
Combine all ingredients. Add one can cream of tomato soup. Set in refrigerator overnight. Serve cold or at room temperature.
