1 1/2 cups dry white wine
2/3 cup salad oil
1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. whole peppercorns

Directions:

Combine ingredients, shake well and pour over vegetables of your choice. Chill overnight.
