2 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp. flour
4 chicken boullion cubes (crushed)
2 cup milk
2/3 cup water
2/3 pkg. 8-oz. herb stuffing mix
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
6 tbsp. butter

Preheat over to 350º
Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until just tender; drain. Turn into 2-1/2 qt. greased casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter, blend in flour and cubes to make smooth paste. Gradually add milk and cook until smooth. Pour evenly over broccoli. Heat 2/3 cup water and 6 tbsp. butter until melted. Pour over stuffing and walnuts. Toss to coat well. Top broccoli with stuffing mixture. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
