1 8-ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 8-ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
12 ounces creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 9-inch graham cracker pie crusts
Whipped cream and lightly salted peanuts to garnish
Hot caramel or hot chocolate sauce for topping

Directions:

Whip cream cheese 10 minutes. Add powdered sugar and whip for 10 more minutes. Blend in whipped topping, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Pour into pie crusts and freeze at least 2 hours. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and peanuts. Top with hot caramel or chocolate sauce.
