1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
1/2 cup white wine
Pinch basil
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add onions and garlic. Saute until onion is tender, but not browned. Remove onion and garlic. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in same butter, adding more butter if necessary. When chicken is browned, return onions and garlic to skillet, add wine and basil and simmer until chicken is tender, about 45 minutes. Remove chicken to heated platter. Add sour cream and mustard to skillet; cook, stirring constantly until hot. Do not allow to boil. Pour sauce over chicken an serve with rice.
