4 chicken breast
3/4 c. finely chop onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cr. mushroom soup
1 cup cooked rice
4 sweet Italian sausages
1/2 c. sliced green pepper
1 sm. bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano and thyme
1 can (14 1/2 oz) tomatoes
Monterey jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cooked chicken into cubes. In skillet brown sausage and cut into slices and set aside. Saute onions and gr. pepper in olive oil until tender. Add bay leaf and seasonings. Stir in chicken, sausage, soup, tomatoes and rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is lightly brown.
