2 ripe avocados
1 cup small cocktail shrimp
1 cup ripe olives, cut into wedges
1 cup fresh mushroom, thinly sliced
1/3 cup celery, minced
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salad
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients except avocado. Cover and refrigerate. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss salad. Allow to marinate until well chilled, at least 1 hour. Before serving, prepare avocados (peeled and cut in half) and top with equal portions of salad, molding it high in the avocado half. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
