Sweet Poppy Seed Bread Recipe

3 c. all purpose flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. poppyseeds
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. coconut
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. almond extract
1/2 lemon (juiced) (may add zest to juice)

In large mixing bowl stir together first 6 ingredients.
In another bowl combine eggs, milk, oil, extracts and lemon juice. Add dry ingredients until just moistened.
Grease and flour two 8x4x2 loaf pans.
Bake loaves at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
Cool 5 min. and remove from pans.
