White Chicken Chili Recipe

3-4 chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic diced
1 med. white or yellow onion
1-2 T. olive oil
2 cans green chilies
2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
3 cans Great Northern Beans (don't drain)
1 can black beans drained
3 cans chicken broth

Boil chicken breasts for 25 min. in water.
Saute' onion and garlic in olive oil.
Put all ingredients together and simmer for one hour.
