1 c. cooked diced chicken
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
2 sliced of bacon
1/4# sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. margarine
1/4 to 1/3 tsp. pepper
4 slices red bell pepper
4 hard rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp and add onion and saute about 2 minutes. Until onion is tender, not brown. Pour off excess grease. Add mushrooms. Sprinkle with flour-push aside. Add butter and saute mixture, do not brown. Stir in chicken and warm. Cut off tops of rolls and remove insides. Fill with chicken mixture. Place on baking sheet at 350 F for 5 -10 minutes. Serve immediately.
