28 oz. Tomatoes
1 Jalapeņo Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic (or a whole clove)
Salt, Pepper, and Cumin to taste
1 Red Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and mix all ingredients together. Let stand overnight to soak in herbs. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
