1 c. Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
tsp. Garlic Powder
1 c. Sour Cream
2 Red and/or Orange Sweet Peppers, hollowed
1 bunch Green Onions, cut into 3 bits
6 sprigs Parsley, stems removed

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the first 5 ingredients. Process until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 to 48 hours before serving. Serve in hollowed peppers with vegetables, crackers and/or chips to use for dipping. Makes 2 cups of dip.
