1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Butter
2 c. Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, brown sugar and butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted (6-8 minutes).

Combine cooked sugar and butter mixture with ice cream in a large mixing bowl, beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until smooth (1-2 minutes).

Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to a month.

For each serving, fill one-quarter of a mug with batter, add one once rum and fill with boiling water. Sprinkle with nutmeg

I use a good quality white rum with this drink. I prefer Oronoco rum with my second choice being 10-Cane rum.
