20 lg. Tomatoes, cored and quartered
1 tsp. ground Chili Pepper
2 lg. Onions, minced
c. Sugar
2 cloves Garlic, minced
⅓ c. Lemon Juice
2 Celery Stalks, diced
1 T. Salt
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 tsp. dried Basil
c. Horseradish

Simmer all ingredients until soft. Cover and stir occasionally. Put through a food mill. Bring juice to a boil. Pit in quart-sized mason jars. Place jars in a boiling water bath for 55 minutes.
