1 (10 oz.) bottle Kikkoman’s Soy Sauce
1 c. Water
1 ½ c. Sugar
1 T. Cornstarch
¼ tsp. Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, combine the soy sauce, ginger, and sugar. Combine the water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Bring the soy sauce mixture to a boil. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet. Cook until the mixture comes to a foam, stirring constantly. Remove from heat immediately and serve as is.
