2 pkg. crescent rolls 2-8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 egg yolk 1 tsp. vanilla
Topping: 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg white
Spread 1 pkg. of crescent rolls over entire bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla together well. Spread cheese mix on top of rolls. Lay 1 pkg. rolls on top of cheese mixture covering as much as possible. Top with topping mixture: egg yolk and sugar beaten lightly.
