2 ( 8oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 pound sharp shredded cheese
2 tsp grated onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp prepared mustard
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 ( 21/ 4 oz) can deviled ham (optional)
2 tsp chopped parsley flakes
2 tbsp chopped pimento ( optional)
Directions:
Directions:
soften cream cheese in large bowl, add sharp cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, paprika salt, deveiled ham, parsley flakes and pimento, mix well
chill until nearly firm, shape into balls, roll in pecans, wrap in foil, refrigerate overnight
