1/2 lb sharp American cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 lb Roquefort or blue cheese crumbled
1 ( 3oz) cream cheese
1 tsp chopped chives
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
blend cheeses and cream cheese thoroughly, add chives and place in mold or a tray then sprinkle with paprika
chill before serving with crackers
