1/2 c. EVOO
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp. Horseradish
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. rice vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and marinate salmon for at least 15 minutes. Place salmon on grill and turn once. Roughly about 7 minutes per side. Great served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed spinach. Make extra sauce and pour over potatoes and salmon.
