1 dz. graham crackers 1/4 lb. dates 12 marshmallows 1 c. walnuts or pecans 1/2 c. heavy cream
Crush graham crackers, grind dates and chip marshmallows and walnuts or pecans. Mix together and add heavy cream. Form into a solid roll and wrap tightly in wax paper. Chill overnight or several hours. Can be served topped with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 6 to 8.
