1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar and eggs. Sift and stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Roll in small balls. Roll balls in 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake 400 8 to 10 minutes, until light brown., but still soft.
