1/2 c. soft margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1 pt. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 c. Bran Buds
raisins, nuts or dates, if desired

Directions:

Mix; Add 1 c. hot water. Beat well. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 5 dozen muffins.
