1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 t. nutmeg
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cream sherry

Preheat oven 350º

Beat all ingredients for five minutes at medium speed.

Pour mix into greased angel food cake pan, bake for 45 minutes, let stand 5 minutes, turn out and slice.
