1 c. plum jam
tsp. mustard
1 T. ketchup
tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. grated Lemon Rind
⅛ tsp. Cloves, ground
1 T. Lemon Juice
⅛ tsp. Hot Sauce
2 tsp. Vinegar
tsp. Anise Seed, crushed (optional)
tsp. Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the jam over low heat until melted. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Makes about 1 cups.
