tsp. Dried Basil Leaves
6 T. Wine Vinegar
tsp. Salt
tsp. Garlic Powder (or 1 clove crushed)
tsp. Pepper
tsp. Dried Oregano Leaves
tsp. Sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Let stand for 1 hour then whip. Chill until ready to serve.
