8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (do not overcook)
1 c. whole milk
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
2 large eggs, beaten
4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, save 1 cup to go on top
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

In a crock pot, mix cooked macaroni, evaporated milk, whole milk, melted butter, beaten eggs, 3 cups of the grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining cup cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low setting for 3 hours.
