3 1/2 T. soy sauce
2 T. seasoned rice vinegar
2 T. dark sesame oil
2 T. tahini
1 T. creamy peanut butter
1 T. sugar
1 T. minced ginger
2 t. minced garlic
2 t. chili-garlic sauce
1/2 t. ground red pepper
8 oz. cooked, rinsed, and drained angel-hair pasta
1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken breast
1/2 hot house cucumber cut into thin strips
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
3 scallions, cut into thin strips
1 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts

Stir together first 10 ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir in noodles, chicken, cucumber, carrot, scallions and bean sprouts. Toss well.

Top with nuts.

Makes 6 servings.
