6 qt. chopped tomatoes
1 qt. diced onions
2 sweet green peppers
4 Anaheim peppers
1 sm can green chili's (chopped)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt (small)
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 garlic cloves (chopped)

Cook on stove for approximately 1 hour med heat to boil. Lower heat to simmer. Put in containers. To bottle: cold pack for 30 minutes.
