1 can Tomato Soup
tsp. Pepper
c. Vinegar
tsp. Paprika
1 T. Lemon Juice
tsp. Dill Weed
1 tsp. Salt
tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 sm. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Dried Tarragon
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Parsley
⅓ c. Sugar (optional)
1 tsp. Basil
1 c. Oil

Combine all ingredients in a blender except oil. Blend on lowest speed then add oil. Blend until smooth. Chill for several days to allow the flavor to blend.
