1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 pkg. Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Milk
1/3 c. Water
2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
3/4 c. Jalapeños, canned and chopped
1 c. Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Combine mixes eggs, milk, water and oil. Stir just until moistened. Add jalapeño and cheese. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin tins two-thirds full. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm. Can be frozen for later meals.
