1 head napa cabbage chopped
2 pkgs Ramen noodles broken up (discard the flavor packet)
3 scallions, chopped
1 cup sliced almonds
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 can drained mandarin oranges

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds and Ramen noodles. Add to other salad ingredients.

For dressing: bring all ingredients to a boil to dissolve the sugar. Can be made in advance, but add just before serving.

I cut out the center of the cabbage leaves and just use the leafy part for this salad.
