2 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pineapple yogurt or sour cream
3 eggs, beaten

Glaze:
2 Tbsp lemon juice or rum
1 cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place cake ingredients in a bowl and blend at low speed. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 60-65 minutes. Remove from pan.

Glaze:
Gradually pour liquid over confectioners sugar and stir. Pour glaze over warm cake.
