1 small onion, chopped
3 T butter
16 oz can creamed corn
2 packages frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions lightly in butter and set aside.
Cook spinach as directed. Place in colander. Press with spoon to drain.
Mix onions, corn and drained spinach. Pour into 9X13 greased baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbs and cheese on top.
Bake covered at 300º for 40 minutes.
