Ingredients:
1 pkg. pork chops - boneless are easier to manage in pan but can use bone in if desired.
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. Balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce (can used reduced sodium)
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat liquids over medium stove top briefly - add meat. Salt and pepper meat on each side once. I like sea salt & coarse ground pepper but regular works fine.

Cook 3-4 minutes on each side depending upon thickness. Add more liquid as necessary to keep chops from being dry (keep liquids at 1/3 each). I like chops swimming in liquid which will thicken as you cook and make a nice sauce. Make sure to cook chops until there is no pink inside. Cut through the thickest chop to test.

Delicious!!
