12 eggs
12 oz milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
30 oz shredded hashbrown potatoes, thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 large onion chopped (optional)
14 sausage links or 7 sausage patties
1 cup cooked, chopped bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in potatoes, onion, cheese, sausage, and bacon.
Pour into greased, 13x9 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
