10 slices bread
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. mild pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, cut bread slices into cubes. Beat together eggs, milk, and spices. Brown sausage and drain well. Lightly grease baking dish. Layer sausage and cheese on top of bread cubes. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, bake in at 375 for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
