3 tbsp butter
1 cup nuts
4 slices of pineapple diced

Batter:
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 egg
2 rounded tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
mix batter as for ordinary cake and pour over mixture in skillet
Bake @ 350
when done turn upside down-serve with cool whip
